The ASRock Z790 PG Sonic ($249.99) is an ATX-size Intel motherboard with a Sonic the Hedgehog theme unique to the PC building world (except for the company's B760M MicroATX version). Apart from graphics of the Sega speedster, the PG Sonic sports nine USB ports on the rear I/O and ample storage—five M.2 sockets (one with PCI Express 5.0 x4 support) and eight SATA ports—plus Killer Network-based 2.5Gbps Ethernet, DDR5 support, and power delivery suitable for flagship CPUs like our Core i9-13900K. The Sonic is really ASRock's Z790 Riptide in a video-game costume, but if you don't mind its missing Wi-Fi, and thrill to the Hedgehog, it's a well-equipped platform.Board Design, CPU, and Memory Obviously, the Sonic the Hedgehog theme is this motherboard's main attraction.
