Sound echoed and was poor.

Given other reviews, I was expecting at least a good product. I am not looking for phenomenal sound, just something reasonable that allows me to listen and not bother other people around me.

Very comfortable headphones

I needed a headphone to play the guitar at night without waking up the family and neighbors. My main criterion is comfort, I can not bear long headphones in general. This is what attracted me to the AKG, I can wear long without it bothers me. It comes with two different pads for comfort.

which I personally really like. I've heard some people complain that these have ...

I'd heard a lot about these headphones, so I was very enthusiastic about buying them, and I have to say they've met my expectations fully. The sound is very clear, I can now distinguish all the instruments with an almost clinical precision which is not possible with cheaper headphones, with which...

Proven workhorse that you can wear for hours. Not really ipod friendly

I purchased this product for a bit of foldback on my Tascam M50 and I went for this model because it has been written up as commonly used by many of the working professionals. The thing to remember about these phones is that they are an openm type so they are not very good for using if you are...

Great headphones

I bought this pair over a year ago and love them. Use them daily, sometimes for hours, comfortable and with an audio reproduction that I really find comfortable and extremely hi-fidelity. Would recommend for anyone wearing headphones for extended periods in the day or night.

Bought the AKG K250 MKII to replace the K240 that I used for 10 years. After researching other options decided to go with this model because I like the semi-open back sound, comfort, addition of an extra detachable coiled cable and extra set of ear pads.

"Professional studio standard - best mixing headphones"

I feel uncomfortable throwing phrases like "best in the world", but in case of these headphones I have a backing. Every studio I went into had several pairs of these hanging on a wall.

Flat frequency response for clearest possible sound

Big and fragile

akg 240 mk Headphones

These headphone are awesome, if you don't want to be overpowered with bass these are perfect. They have a crisp sound so much so that I feel like I'm hearing some note's for the first. They are very comfortable to wear for hour's. I would recommend these to anyone.
