In love with this product
I love this product and I really appreciate the sales associate's attention. Jose Saavedra is my favorite clerk. His attention is excellent.

DO NOT BUY PLEASE.
Doesn't work on dark surfaces, I find this to be a huge feature miss. I can't clean my apartment because of dark carpet. No way to over ride this functionality, the unit thinks its a drop so I have to pick it up and put it in boxed areas to clean, so much for a automated robot.

Finally
After the hassle of finally getting my Roomba........ (I paid for overnight shipping, and they had to send out another because the first order was lost/stuck in shipping!) I really love the vacuum. It is great that I can set it to clean every single day!

980 Roomba
I bought this several weeks ago and love it! I had bought an earlier model a few years ago and returned it. This model is a great improvement and completely worth it. It does a great job!!!!

Best purchase
The Roomba has been one of the best purchases we have made it picks up the dog hair. Lets us know when it has an issue with clear instructions and diagrams on how to fix it. Has saved us heaps of time by running when we're at work. Overall a fantastic product and well worth the money.

Surprisingly effective
I bought this because we have 4 cats, and vacuuming was becoming a full time job. Set up was dead easy using the App, and equally easy to change the settings to schedule when the cleaner goes about its tasks. It's noisier than I expected, but then I just set it to go when no-one's in the house.

Pros:
- We have the robot clean before we get up in the morning
- In the end you forget it's there and it simply does a great job
Cons:
- Can get tangled if you leave and wires on the floor (e.g
- PC wires) - so we have got into the habit of clearing these off the floor
- Also the robot "eats" are newspaper in the morning if it is delivered before the robot does its work.

Game changer!!
This has been an absolute game changer in our home. We are a household with a golden retriever, a recently crawling infant and two parents that work full time. Pretty disappointed in this item will not run on a schedule tried everything,even tried to set up on WiFi to find out its not WiFi compatible,for almost 300.00 would have thought it would be WiFi compatible or at least the schedule to work with it,but it does work to some extent, and dont want to go...
