Apple iPhone 8 (128GB, Silver) - Excellent review

X marks the spot for Apple’s future, but the iPhone 8 is a safer – and surprisingly impressive – option

Blazingly fast, Camera borders on excellent, Great build that feels solid, Speakers are surprisingly good

Pricey, Design is effectively four years old, Camera bump still irks, No headphone port

Apple iPhone 8 (128GB, Silver) - Excellent review

The Apple iPhone 14 is no match for the just-released iPhone 14 Pro, but if you ignore that, it’s one of the most effective phones around.

Great cameras, front and back, Fast performance, Good battery life, Innovative safety features

Design too familiar, Some average features

Apple iPhone 8 (128GB, Silver) - Excellent review

The iPhone 14 isn’t much of an upgrade over the iPhone 13, but it’s still a great device and an upgrade for anyone coming from the iPhone 11 or older.

Great camera, Good battery, Emergency features are cool, Still excellent performance

Display could use some upgrades

Apple iPhone 8 (128GB, Silver) - Excellent review

Apple has given select media outlets and YouTubers access to the new iPhone 14 ahead of when it begins arriving in customers' hands on Friday, September 16. There are two models of the ‌iPhone‌ 14, the standard 6.1-inch ‌iPhone‌ 14 and the larger 6.7-inch ‌iPhone‌ 14 Plus.

Apple iPhone 8 Smartphone Review

The iPhone 8 might be the last of its kind, the last Apple smartphone with a home button and IPS display. If this is the case, the Americans at least gave us a very good final chapter. We once again miss major new features or innovations, but the iPhone 8 still beats its predecessor in many regards.

high build quality; True-Tone display; fast SoC; great camera; accurate GPS; Bluetooth 5.0; high Wi-Fi performance; many LTE bands; water and dust protection

storage cannot be expanded; only 12 months warranty; no stereo jack; only average speakers; display resolution could be higher; heavier than the predecessor; very limited NFC functionality

Apple iPhone 8

The iPhone 8 has plenty of power under the hood, but lacks the extra camera features and design upgrade of the better iPhone 8 Plus and X.

The iPhone 8 offers wireless charging, lightning-fast performance and small but solid upgrades to its camera, screen and speakers; Its starting storage size is a roomy 64GB, double that of the iPhone 7

This phone has the same pedestrian design, missing headphone jack and battery life as the iPhone 7 -- and no dual camera either; The iPhone 8 costs a bit more than baseline new iPhones in years past, and comes only in black, silver and a new shade of gold

Apple iPhone 8 review

It's interesting how Apple will proceed from now on. Will it go back to the familiar pair of a regular and plus model, or will the iPhone X spawn a whole new line of iPhones The Apple reboot

Apple iPhone 8 review: Small, simple, powerful, delightful

Apple products are polarising by nature. You want them or you hate them, and if you're ambivalent, it's usually because you don't care too much about the technology you use.

Probably the last best iPhone

Probably the last great true iPhone. Until Apple fixes the mess that is the gesture based controls on their new all screen iPhone and removes that ugly notch, I am afraid that the days of great iPhones are over.

Small Size; Bright Display; Great Memory Storage; Super Fast Processor; Just Works; Great Single Lens Camera; Fast Updates; Waterproofing

No Expandable Storage; No Personalization Options; No Real Access to File System

Apple iPhone 8 review: Still a powerful choice

Compared to the iPhone 7, the iPhone 8 brings minimal upgrades. But compared to the iPhone 6/6S, wow, you'll be very pleased with the jump forward - particularly if you're seeking a familiar and compact phone.

Small size has added appeal in among typically larger phones; Wireless charging thanks to new glass back design; Dust- and water-resistant; Powerful innards

Lacks iPhone 8 Plus' camera skills; Need separate cable for Quick Charge; Glass makes it prone to drop damage; The familiar design looks dated
