Aside from the increased display size, we did not see anything else significant when upgrading from the iPhone 5S to the iPhone 6. The iPhone 5S is as smooth, flawless and beautiful as the iPhone 6.

After years of letting Samsung, HTC and LG, to name a few adversaries, boast about having larger smartphone displays than it, Apple's finally fighting back with the iPhone 6. There's no doubt the iPhone 6 is the best iPhone to date. Every new iPhone is the best iPhone (yes, I even loved the 5c).

We started this review with a rant we had been holding in for a while. Having gone all the way, we got to see a better side to the iPhone 6, inevitably warming up to it. What these few days didn't change however is how we feel about Apple's way of doing business.

Rivals usurping market share have pushed Apple to dig deep and do something it's only done once in seven years: increase the size of its iPhone's screen. Even with the face lift, the iPhone introduces nothing new to the smartphone market and little else to Apple's existing users. And it doesn't matter.

Apple's iPhone 6 has one of the best displays in a smartphone, enriched by its aesthetic iOS software and a proficient camera that is fun to use. It feels like a smartphone seven years in the making, now more-so than ever following a growth spurt and a subtle redesign. Finally, it is the iPhone fans have long wanted.

So what if you don't want a giant phone in your life? What if 4.7 inches is all you need? Try the iPhone 6. As we found out from our review, you're unlikely to be disappointed.

The iPhone 6 is a really great smartphone . The new design is very convenient and the manufacturer uses high-quality materials. The build quality is on an excellent level and the performance is first-class as well.

Apple is probably the only electronics company that can upset the smartphone status quo with a single announcement. When the iPhone 6 became official, longtime fans hammered the company's servers and stores for the privilege of being one of its first owners.

It's extremely thin; pleasingly light and eminently comfortable; with a 4.7-inch screen that's gorgeous despite its relatively low resolution

Disappointingly; its battery life isn't much better than what was packed into the iPhone 5s; and lags behind other major competitors.

This device is fast. The fingerprint recognition is excellent, no hiccups as on iPhone 5. Siri works very well, you can see the transcription as you talk. The feel of the hardware is good.

The larger screen, long battery life and great performance more than make up for minor niggles like certain features not being available in the UK.
