Reviewing the iPhone 4S is in many ways a lot like reviewing the original iPhone 4, except that it's not. The device, which was just announced at a special event on Apple's campus, is very much the same phone the company released in June of 2010 - but it's also something completely new.

I've had this phone for about 3 1/2 years now. It was a amazing phone in the first few years, however, after three years, the phone's battery is really bad and iOS 8 doesn't run that smoothly. I am also not able to use many apps due to the aging components.

To sum it all up, the Apple iPhone 4S is one of the best phones out in the market today, with a massive variety of apps and third-party developer support, a familiar industrial design that still works, and improved hardware to a year-old phone that was already great.
