I purchased this phone through buy.com only to find that the home button would not work properly. I had to press hard to have it work. The item was scratched on the steel band that is surrounding the phone. This is clearly a USED phone and not a refurbished phone that you and me are thinking about.

I used to think the iPhone was overrated, but that was until I owned one. I know it's bad but I'm pretty dependent on this phone and I probably use it for talking least of all. It puts me to sleep at night with a white noise app.

I'm a bit of a ludite when it comes to phones and this is my first foray into apple territory; it doesn't live up to the hype. I expected wrongly that it would be intuitive to set up and use. Not really, it's just as frustrating as any other phone/device.

The Iphone was better than described. There were a few scratches but much less than I would have thought. My son was very pleased with it. When I charged it up I wasn't able to make it work first of all( down to my ignorance not the phone)so I sent a email.
