Slides right in the side pocket of my purse and is relatively lightweight for everything thing it can do. Portable with enough storage for my music & videos is what I needed and this is perfect. Obviously checking and responding to email is so much easier than trying to do it from your phone.
Nice to get it strait away ,liked the way it was easy to handle, loved the way it is really light and seems easy to navigate round,a good buy well pleased.
I bought the mini just for the convenience of carrying and that it was 32gb. The thing I dislike about it is that it will not charge while it is on and that is not good. I would not buy one again not worth it.
It has the same RAM issue as the iPad Air, but it's still a stand-out tablet.

I recently bought the IPad mini with retina display and I must say I am very pleased! The size is perfect for comfortable reading and portability. I am able to slip it in my purse to easily bring it wherever I go. The screen display is beautiful. Really clear and crisp!
While its display isn't quite as vibrant as the iPad Air's, the second-generation iPad mini is still a fantastic device packing blistering processing speed and a gorgeous screen in one petite, flawlessly designed package.
Finally; a small form-factor iPad with Retina display! Unmatched build quality.
Display is slightly less bright than the iPad Air; Colors look washed out when compared to iPad Air and iPhone 5s/5c
Regarding the iPad the battery life is excellent, light weight & the retina display is simply mind blowing . Must for students & also professionals for book reading , browsing , gaming & entertainment. The product is much expensive than the other tablets in the market but it's worth the price.
After the fanfare that heralded the new iPad Air, Apple was rather less effusive about the new, upgraded edition of its compact tablet – the iPad mini with Retina display. Yet, while it shares the same body as last year's model (which remains on sale at the lower price of $349), there's plenty to...
