Got the iPad air to store/display photographs and eventually to use with the CamRanger wireless camera control. Not to impressed with having to use I tunes to load photos onto I Pad. Wish now that I had got the Cellular I Pad for the GPS.

I bought the iPad Air because I was ready for an upgrade of my previous 64GB + 3G + wifi generation one iPad. I like that the iPad Air is so much lighter than the 1st gen iPad. It also has a faster processor chip which means game apps load faster.
Had the iPad lost its way? Not as a range, certainly; over the last twelve months, the iPad mini has been the darling of the tablet scene, coupling affordability with convenience and build quality.
