The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold2 5G is yet to hit the local market. However, we already know a lot about it. For example, it will transform from a 6.2-inch outer screen to a 7.6-inch tablet-like inner display, incorporating Samsung Ultra-Thin Glass.

The hinge which allows all of this magical unfolding to take place is already being considered as an advanced engineering marvel. It will be hidden behind the Samsung logo on the back of the device. The hinge is strong enough to hold itself upright. Hence, it can be bent at any number of angles before its magnetic corners snap shut or the hinge springs open.

The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold2, from what's been observed so far, looks like it has the same camera setup as the Note 20 Ultra. This is exciting news for photographers. The prospect of a main camera that is capable of taking 108 MP photos, 5x optical zoom (and 50x Space Zoom) and 12 MP sensors for ultrawide-angle and telephoto shots. It will also have two front-facing cameras: one on the inner screen and one on the cover display. Each one should be 10 MP, the same as on the Galaxy Note20 phones.

Finally, this device is powered by a Snapdragon 865 Plus chip. Other details about the inner workings of Galaxy Z Fold 2 will be confirmed shortly! Like you, we'll be watching it with interest.
