When you look at the Xbox One launch titles, there's no a whole lot on offer for the younger audience; a large chunk of the line-up is comprised of violent action games and complex sports sims.

You are unable to make personalise enclosures, there aren't too many animal groups; however, there are subspecies. This game is too focused on the idea of being the zookeeper, you can no longer make the zoo of your dreams :(

This review is based on early retail Xbox One code provided by the publisher. Zoo Tycoon will be available on Xbox One on November 22 as a downloadable title on Xbox Live. The game is also available on Xbox 360. The game is rated E.

Consoles don't get nearly as many business management simulators as the PC market does, so when one comes to the console market it generally has to be something interesting to catch the eye of anyone who isn't into the genre.

Despite being a first-party launch title, there's a good chance you may have completely forgotten Zoo Tycoon even exists.
