First I bought the monitor and the touch has problems during setup. Tried to use touch function on my application but no response and failed. Called the tech support at Gvision but they are not very helpful. Touch still does'nt work. Horrible customer service. Driver errors popped up in Windows 7.

Great product, free software for creating labels. We sell and ship auto parts, works great at printing shipping labels. This is a thermal printer so it only prints in black and white, if you want color you have to buy an attachment and an ink cartridge for it. Extremely easy to change labels!

We use these at work and they constantly jam, are very difficult to set up and generally unfit for purpose. I could make a better printer out of two servos and a crayon.
