Opium has always been one of my favorite perfumes, unfortunately it can be a little expensive and I don't always have it in my possession to wear. Thankfully FragranceX has made it possible again.

I wore the old version of Opium today and 2 compliments. Men love it & not shy about gloating over the scent. I only have a small amount of the original formula that I treasure. It is spicy, rich, & sandalwood enriches the formula. Please, please, PLEASE bring it back!!!!

Doesn't Hold, Not Sexy; Flat; Never Draws Compliments, Too Weak
What is happening to opium perfume It's not like before. The scent lasted for hours on the old version. This new version opium is almost like buying a simple body mist for $10.00 But worse than a simple spray. It don't last more than a hour. It's like spraying water scent mist.
Smells yummy.just wish it was stronger.you have to spray a lot for it to be noticed. Too weak for the price.
YEA!!!! I was lucky enough to find a REAL bottle of the orginal Opium scent, NOT the new awful one. The original is the BEST...have worn and enjoyed it for 25+ years. Would love to find more...
I've worn Opium since I was modeling and went to the party of the launch on the East River in 78 on a big beautiful oriental wooden ship and we all received a big bottle of pure parfume with gold nuggets inside!
This is a delicate more lighter sister of the original Opium with it's pepper notes incense benzoin Opopponox bitter balsem woods and coriander. this version can be worn anytime then the original. the opening has the same scent as the predacessor but it's silage does'nt last long like the...
A common sniff of mythical Opium , which surrounds my fellow at work Diana in graciously abundant clouds, makes me smile. Who could explain why such a contradictory scent reins in beauty realm on basis of simple love it or hate it rule
Opium was one of the first fragrances I fell in love with a number of years back along with a couple of others, these being Panache and Samsara and this is how I found quite early on that I favoured oriental, spicy fragrances over the floral variety.
Unique oriental fragrance with great staying power

I absolutely adore this perfume, it's seductive, soft and long lasting. I'm not one for girly scents so this really ticked all the boxes for me and the packaging is just beautiful. I keep one in my bag and a large bottle at home.
