Opium by Yves Saint Laurent is my mothers favourite perfume. At least it is easy for my Dad to buy her a present. If you ask me it is little bit too strong and heavy but everybody has diffrent taste I guess.

SAD, AFTER INJURY_READY FOR BEST SCENT-GONE.
I really don't trust the company. Loyal customer gone. I find it hard to believe it was "illegal"...or whatever your excuse is. When you come out with a different scent please don't mislead your customers with the WRONG name. Bring back Opium and maybe your customers will return.

Captivating Fragrance
Only 1 or 2 pumps are enough. It is soo luxurious.. YSL perfume have this unique enigma and depth to their fragrance... Loved it..

Opiums daughter displaying some very good manners
A blind and random purchase as I used to wear the original. A nice surprise to find a flanker that can delight as well. This is like a very well behaved daughter perfume. Something streamlined to wear in an office or a polite place. A shadow of her original heavy duty, naughty nights, 80's mum.

A sophisticated scent in a beautiful bottle
I recently got a little tester or travel sized bottle of Yves Saint Laurent's Opium Eau de Parfum in a Christmas set. I don't know the price as this was a gift and also came with other items - so would be priced differently to what it usually is.

EXCELLENT!!!
I ordered the "demo" but it came in the original box, was completely full and looked perfect! it's VERY strong ...a little goes a long way ... very earthy, musky, heavy. Good for winter.

although out of stock when ordering it arrived in due course and i was keptin touch with throughout the wait. A lovely perfume for evenings always commented by friends and strangers.

Yves Saint Laurent Opium
I have worn the original Opium for more than 30 years, and absolutely HATE the addition of cat spray to this wonderful scent. I, too, was assured by the salesperson that it was just the packaging that was changed, but no! I took it back - I won't have it in my house.

I don't feel dressed until it's on.
I've been wearing this perfume for many years. Am always getting compliments - from women as well as men - as to how nice I smell. Even girls at the checkout will ask what it is. It may be more expensive than others but it lasts a long time in the bottle as well as on the skin.

OPIUM IS THE SEXIEST PERFUME EVER!
Opium is the Sexiest, most Sensual smelling perfume ever! It is musky, spicy & decadent. I've been wearing it for over 15 years & EVERY person I meet stops me to compliment me on my incredible smelling perfume! And Men find it irresistible! It makes you feel like a Goddess.
