A keep fit game. Gets your heart pumping, helping you to burn off a few calories. I have to say though, not as good as the 'Wii' with it 'exercise board'
"...when you're having fun and Your Shape Fitness Evolved 2012 is the next development in getting the body you want from the comfort of your own home. It feels just like yesterday that we were all raving about the brilliant Wii Fit where you could measure and track your weight and find out your own...
good variation; gets you in shape; good if self - conscious
not the same as sports outside; novelty value
This game is fantastic, the creaters have listened to the fans on what they wanted on the original "Your Shape:FE" game and they listened and put it all in...AND MORE. you get to customise your workouts, theres so many areas to work with.
Great response game.Very good activities to choose and will help you with fitness. The only downside would be there is only a small choice of activities.

If Kinect were a person, it would not be asked to pop around for tea very often. Why would it? When it first dropped by it gave our living space 4/10 and wasn't at all happy until furniture had been rearranged as if it were our collective mother-in-law, constantly and vocally judging the way we live...
Even if it's only the first rung on the evolution ladder, Your Shape: Fitness Evolved shows off excellent potential for the Kinect and the future of fitness games.
