Return policy
A restocking fee will be charged if you change your mind and want to return goods after purchase, if you return goods that you believe are faulty but the shop finds no defect then you may be charged a fee.

Big Let Down
I purchased the set of headphones from XtremeSystems online store. They didn't have credit card processing, which is unusual, so I had to use internet banking. Their automated email told me I would receive a confirmation email once my payment had been received ... but didn't hear anything. So I waited two days then sent them a follow up email. Still didn't hear anything. So 5 days later I phoned them and was told, "Sorry, we've been trying to source those headphones, but we've tried 3 suppliers and they're not available. Can we have your bank account details and we'll credit the money back?" So I'm glad they're going to fully refund my money, but I'm annoyed that their website said "in stock" when it wasn't. And then they made no contact whatsoever. Overall, terrible service. Product not available. So their amazing price online was untrue. And their communication was incredibly poor.
