Haven't had any of the issues other reviewers have experienced, everything worked out of the box (I got two, one for each floor of the house). Built quality is excellent and the LIDAR navigation and room mapping is awesome. Once it's mapped the house, it's super efficient. The mop function works great on my dark floor boards (which show everything!). Wifi setup was something I was dreading, given most smart devices take several attempts and are very temperamental - but both units connected first go and have been brilliant since. Highly recommend! This unit is performing great after I did some research on feature vs pricing. It has 3 levels of suction power for vacuuming and the mop feature is really handy. The robots mapping feature is intuitive to map the layout of you home and with some additional programming users can setup rooms for vacuuming and/or mopping by schedules or adhoc cleans. If you haven’t had a robot vacuum before then be prepared to identify the problems areas in your house and adjust things so the robot doesn’t get stuck during a clean. Once you ready the house and configure the robot, it does its job well and all you need to do is regular routine maintenance to ensure it keeps performing well.

Excellent vacuuming not quite to the edges but good job overall. Great navigation with no go zones. Easily fits under sofa but has difficulty with some chair legs. Haven’t tried mopping option as yet.

It is a lot of money, but i will never look back. this is on during the day when me and my partner are at work and i havent used a mop or vacuum since we got it. Was a little hard to setup with the size of the house (as it needs a stable wifi connection) but now ive sorted this, it is fantastic. Potentially need to use a mop once every few months to get some chemicals on the floor but the weekly mundance task is gone!

Good luck if you order this item, I suspect they hide behind security issues because they cannot supply the item at the price.
