The watch is really good. I bought it because of the built-in GPS and heart rate monitor. It's cheap enough that I'm happy to wear it even while training for weightlifting. Also running, field sports, and kayaking. Good battery life and easy to use. What lets it down is how terrible the official app is -- at least on iOS. The app is required to pair the device. I'd love if there was a way to connect directly to Apple Health and/or Strava.

Screen is a good size, and not bulky at all. Stamp is secure and comfortable to wear even when sleeping. Really happy with it.

Didn't have any issues linking it to Strava, recorded my ride on the watch, synced it with the Mi fit app and it appeared in Strava like magic. ~ 7 days wear and 49%battery remaining. Does what it says on the box!
