Xiaomi risks appearing to parody itself with the Redmi Note 11 Pro Plus 5G. Already borderline comical is just how many cheap phones it’s rolled out of late under its Redmi value brand, not to mention its separate (yet increasingly similar) Poco venture.
Ridiculously fast carging, Strong display, Good stereo speakers, Solid performance, You want the fastest-charging phone for less than £400 The Redmi Note 11 Pro Plus 5G packs in a 120W charger, which will get you from absolute zero to full in 20 minutes. That’s better than most flagship phones
MIUI cluttered and a little glitchy, Camera not quite as special as it seems, You want the best camera for the money 108 megapixels might sound special, but the Redmi Note 11 Pro Plus 5G’s main camera falls short of the 50-megapixel camera found in the Realme 9 Pro Plus.
The Note 11 Pro+ 5G is an affordable phone that has more than its fair share of strengths. It may not excel in any particular area, but it does most things very well for the price.
Sharp design, Capable main camera, Superfast 120W charging, Headphone jack
Disappointing ultrawide and macro lenses, Older Android 11
Xiaomi has done it again. The Redmi Note 11 Pro+ is another great and very well-rounded affordable phone under the company’s belt. It covers most of the bases for what makes a phone great: display, audio, battery, camera, etc. Even the software has become easier to recommend.
Really good audio, Good 120Hz display, Above average battery life, Outstanding charging speeds, Slick and classy design, Good photo quality, Has expandable storage, Good haptics, Great gaming performance
Only two years of major Android updates, Comes with already old OS, Video stabilization leaves more to be desired, Comes with preinstalled bloatware
Xiaomi Redmi has made a mark in the affordable smartphone segment with several competitive devices in the past few years. Earlier this month, the company launched a new series smartphone called the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro series.
Crisp AMOLED display, Decent camera, Impressive battery life
Redmi Note 11 Pro Plus 5G is a stellar mid-ranger from Xiaomi.
Modern looking smartphone with good color choices, In hand ergonomics are excellent, Stellar 120Hz refresh rate AMOLED display, Dimensity 920 has excellent performance scores, 120W HyperCharge support with a large 5,000 mAh battery, Main and ultrawide cameras produce good still photography results,...
Selfie camera performance is so-so, MIUI 13 isn't yet available, Macro camera is a downgrade from the previous generation, Price keeps climbing with each new iteration
The Redmi Note 11 Pro+ is no doubt a capable device. The main camera, the display, battery life and day-to-day performance are all strong points. The phone also includes 5G connectivity, which means if you want a future proof device, this remains an option on the list.
As with most recent SmartPhones it is all about the cameras. Here one of its four cameras is an amazing 108MP. However with 5G those who download a lot to their phone are also able to do this with minimal delay.
This phone has been an absolute live saver. I also own two Samsung phones. But I solely use this 24/7 because of the super fast 120 watt charge. It's perfect if you're working from home. The battery last brilliantly as well. I use my phone all day and night and it's hasn't let me down once.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro Plus won’t leave you as breathless as saying its name will, but it’s a fine phone for the price. It’s very quick to charge, and has a screen, processor and battery life that get you your money’s worth.
Incredibly quick to charge, Good screen for price, Intuitive fingerprint scanner
Cameras aren’t great, Utilitarian design, Too big for some
