A little bit on the heavy side just a small trade off if you want longevity from a battery pack, works a treat.

Got this on sale, can't go wrong. Charges a little slow and doesn't have usbc out despite having usbc in but again for the sale price, that's perfectly acceptable it definitely lasts a long time

Good price for no USB-C output

Brought this on a Black Friday presale was excited for the price and the capacity but turns out to not have USB-C output. Probably should read the “fine print” closer…

perfect combination of wireless headset for my xiaomi. quiet cheaper and good quality phone.

Fast backup for power

I bought the larger version for out-of-house back-up. Allows me to travel, as well as giving me backup at work. Also, along with my UPS backing up my UFB modem, I still have connectivity while the rest of the street is out for a while

USB-C is good

Good charger, it charges itself back up really fast through USB-C. I have an earlier Xiaomi battery pack that is a bit slower in terms of charge/discharge, but is basically plug-n-play. This one though, I've found sometimes that it isn't always as easy as plugging a device in - it can be a bit of a dance where you need to pop the cable into the pack, press the button on the side, then plug it into your device. If you don't do it like this, the device sometimes doesn't get picked up and start to charge. A great purchase but some annoying factors

The product overall is great the specs are wonderful for the price given, however, the side of the power bank is a plastic(don't know if it really is plastic) that can easily get fingerprints and can easily attract other objects to it e.g string and some weird black stuff that has been on it for a while.

For the price a good purchase

- Surface easy to scratch -Very Bulky and heavy - Display lights for the battery can get annoying + 20000 mAh + pretty good price + good Build quality I don’t recommend buying the white one, it scratches very easy by contact. They should really add a little bag to put the powerbank in. Then it would be a 5 star product for the price!
