Use it for my daily commute to work, works amazingly well! Can do a work and back trip easyily on a single charge (including the hills).

As I was going downhill, the scooter limited the speed to 25km/h by activating the brakes and getting energy back from it which is fair enough. But once I got down the bottom of the hill and started to apply acceleration again I could still feel the resistance on the rear wheels. Now, the wheels have a constant high resistance to turning. I've tried factory reseting, locking and unlocking, turning it on and off etc. The wheels is still locked.

I weigh 92kgs dressed and carry a day pack. I travel 5km to work and 5km home. I go over Sockburn overbridge at 20km/hr fully charged and 17km/hr (end of trip) on my return trip. It uses about 25% each way. I then charge as the power drops too much to use a 2nd day. No parking at work so a bike or scooter is easiest. If I drive the scooter goes in the boot nicely. Not much foot room but enough for a man no problem. This scooter is fine for the purpose. A longer range isn't required for me which keeps the price down. Been traveling to work for 2 weeks now. No issue with performance.

Good quality for the price, bought 2 for my partner and I to use. Zippy and decent distance on them. Had them for a little over 2 weeks now and have had no issues with them. Only a couple issues, the charger port is 0% waterproof. The silicon plug doesn't even fill the whole port and is held in place with small magnets so you have to be very careful to avoid puddles, not a huge issue for us cause we only use them when the weathers good but if you live somewhere that rains a lot then you'll wanna find a different model. It is a good scooter, charging takes at least 4 hours, breaks are fine, overall good.

Great value for money in the Black Friday sales, runs well, battery life good. Just need to figure out how to keep the tyre pressure correct.
