I've had my 12 Pro for a couple of weeks now. Overall I'm very happy - it's a very good phone, just a few minor niggles that stop me giving it 5 stars. The phone is very easy to use - calls, internet, apps all work well. Data, apps and quite a few settings transferred extremely easily from my previous (different brand) phone. No compatibility issues. Minor learning curve from my previous phone - different screen transitions, slightly different swipe settings, all very easy to get my head around. I don't normally post reviews about devices as there is already a plethora of information available for consumers to look at. However, I think that this device deserves a review because it is simply incredible. Aesthetics + Feel: This phone is simple. It does not have any unique, flashy design that is all in your face. I would say that it is a very business-oriented phone because of this, it has a professional feel about it. The Xiaomi 12 Pro holds its own up against other flagship smartphones. You'll be impressed by the big screen and its performance which is both fast and reliable. The 120W charging is another standout feature but admittedly its battery life could go a lot further.

The 12 Pro is Xiaomi’s latest attempt to take on the best of Samsung and Apple at the top of the premium market, which delivers in some areas while falling short in others. It certainly looks the part, feels great, performs well and has the fastest charging currently available.

Pros: good screen, top performance, super-fast charging, nice design, good camera, good speakers, decent in-screen fingerprint scanner.

Cons: expensive, relatively short battery life, lack of extended optical zoom for the camera, only four years of software support guaranteed, no official water resistance rating.

As already the Xiaomi 12S Ultra, the upper-class smartphone from the Chinese manufacturer also uses the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1, UFS 3.1 storage, and an LTPO AMOLED panel. In addition, the Xiaomi smartphone offers fast 120-Watt charging. At about 800 Euros (~$803), is this a rounded package?
