Wii Fit U game review

When the Nintendo Wii was released eight years ago, everything about it seemed new. It was something you'd look at with awe. But when the Wii U hit stores, it seemed both too familiar and too complex. The bad news is that Wii Fit U can also seem too familiar.
Pros:
  • Nice for casual fitness fans
  • orienteering is fun
  • meter lets you go mobile
Cons:
  • Not for hardcore fitness fans
  • can be confusing
  • needs audible training

Wii Fit U review

Do you even lift, bro? If the answer to that is "no," and you've got big bones and a crummy metabolism, get ready for your Balance Board to call you names like "overweight" and "obese.
Pros:
  • The variety of activities and games
  • Great GamePad integration
  • Fit Meter makes you forget you're working out
Cons:
  • Inaccurate BMI test
  • Online features don't add anything
  • More of the same exercises

This unintimidating fitness product is targeted at families who want to start getting active. With a friendly interface, a useful tool for tracking fitness outside of the game and an impressive selection of activities, it offers a baseline incentive for people looking to get off the couch.

OK Game, Terrible Meter

Bought this for the Fit Meter as a MUCH more affordable alternative to all the over-priced fit devices. Well, lesson-learned...there's an obvious reason why Fitbit is so expensive and why the Wii Fit Meter is so cheap. What a piece of crap!

Zero stars on this. I'm pretty sure someone returned it and then it was passed off to me on Walmart.com. Stuff was opened , used and missing. We returned it to the store and hoped to get another one. They didn't have anymore.

This is a great fitness game. I have two 13 year old boys and a 17 year old daughter. I tried the game first and liked it, even though my balance is terrible and it rated me older than my physical age. Once my kids tried the game, and saw how cute and fun it is, it's been in daily use.
