"Very Good product-Well suited for high speed shooting and storage"
Bought Verbatim SDHC Class 10 16GB instead of the usual SanDisk, to test if it works as it should. SanDisk Ultra II is not quite the same performance as this Verbatim. The rate quoted is the reading speed and the card is not really a Class 10, although SanDisk itself indicates that it is.
I received this today and tested with H2test software. Result as follows: Test finished without errors. You can now delete the test files *.h2w or verify them again. Writing speed: 7.15 MByte/s Reading speed: 17.3 MByte/s H2testw v1.4 Writing speed of 7.15 MByte/s means it performs as a Class 6...
I own a 4GB version of this product line and am very satisfied with it. The reason I decided to write a review on this one is because I can compare them side by side and see a difference in quality. I say it could be a fake Verbatim Flash Drive is for the following reasons: 1.
Space and a key chain lip
No LED light; USB does not fully enter the port; the latch that keeps the male usb port from retracting does not hold very well at all
This Verbatim SDHC Class 10 memory card is aimed at professional photographers and snap-happy amateurs alike. Class 10 accreditation should guarantee minimum data write speeds of 10 MBps-time to find out if this SDHC card lives up...
Good data transfer speeds: 21.8 MBps read speed / 18.4 MBps write speed; Perfect for most kinds of cameras; Packaged with less plastic than before; 16 GB capacity
No accessories or file recovery software; Write speeds aren't fast enough for professional SLRs
I bought this memory card for my DSLR camera (Nikon D5000). The main reason was because this claimed to be a Class 10 SDHC card. It does live up to its specification and the Huge memory space ensures that I don't have to keep checking on the remaining shots when I'm on a long trip out.
