Bought this product a month ago. Gives me enough waves to suit what I want at present but no curls. When holding the appliance my thumb makes contact with the temperature control switch which is very sensitive and moves when you don't want it to. I see another person had this trouble too. The temperature control adjustment needs to be located elsewhere to avoid inadvertently moving it.

Only curls when you place about 2 strands of hair in it, but it still manages to burn fingers nicely. The heat dial is under your hand, therefore it is impossible to use this without changing the temerature all of the time, accidentally with your hand The on off switch is also under your hand. I will not by another vs product again.

Great bouncy curls. My hairdresser put me on to the product, she’s using in her salon. Temperature control and on / off buttons take a little to get used to as can accidentally turned off.

Heats up quickly but my fine, not-so-long hair tends to slip out of the grip because it's very smooth metal. I don't like to hold the hair in it too long as I worry it may burn the hair. Would be better for long, thick hair.

Very disappointed. I had an InStyler for about 20 years. It rotated, had a brush and was easy to use. The Sassoon ceramic curler catches the hair, doesn't rotate, is awkward to turn on and am really disappointed in it.
