Vox AC30 amPhone Review

With a price tag of only $99, the Vox AC30's value factor shoots way up, especially given their dual-purpose nature and overall sound quality.

Punchy; upfront; and exciting sound; Deep; well-defined bass; Built-in amPhone amp lets you directly plug in your guitar for monitoring; Sturdy overall build quality

Lower mids lacking a little warmth; Some lower treble harshness can cause fatigue after extended listening; Cord seems a little wimpy

Vox amPhones AC30 headphones review

I love to play electric guitar. I love to turn my amp up not to 10, but to 11 (some may get the reference). But what happens when you live in a small house and your housemates don't have the same opinion of the rock god-like skills you possess?

Great Sound; Versatile; Batteries are included; Bang for your buck

They are OK but a cheap build.

Vox amPhone AC30

We all like to think we have a sixth sense. Mine alerts me to marketing hype at the merest whiff of a press release, and I felt exactly that 'BS sense' tingling when I first read about Vox's amPhone AC30 guitar-modelling headphones.
