It's enjoyable on PS3 but on PC it's just not even playable and heavily unoptimized for the platform. They just switched from games for windows to steam. Should really fix it and then release rather use players as beta testers. Or atleast write a disclaimer for it.

If you never played Street Fighter it's one of the best one on one fighters out there. Unfortunately it could be good without the exploiting and the oversexualized charecter models which are shown close up and very on purpose in intros and some cut scenes.
