My boys got this game used with their allowance money. They love it! When we first got it, the missions wouldn't work and would restart the game when they tried to play them, but for whatever reason they work find now.

If you have ever played the arcade game "Rampage" or any game in it's series, you will find the gameplay similar, in a way. It is sort of a 3D version of that game except with a decent storyline attached.
- 'Beat em up' style action - Many different buttons to press for all kinds of attacks (this may be a con for some) - Graphics are fine - Online support - Free roam mode - Numerous different characters available; each has their own special ability - Excellent tutorial for learning the controls -...
- Seems way too easy (I am not very far in yet); I have not looked at if there is a difficulty setting but I am sure there is, and I will up it once I beat the game; - Special abilities are overpowered; You're pretty much invincible for 1/3rd of the time you are fighting if you are Optimus Prime
This game is decent enough - the Transformers themselves look like to the real stuff, and killing robots can be fun if you dun mind gameplay that gets repetitive after a while.
Although a game based on huge transforming robots beating the living daylights out of each other is a fine premise for a video game anyway so what could go wrong Is there more to this title than meets the eye
Contrary to what the slogans will tell you, these Transformers offer exactly what meets the eye. This is a game-of-the-film so beholden to formula that you can probably finish the review in your head right now, without even playing the thing.
To be expected, the game wasn't a great game to say the least, but it does have its good points, like unlockable episodes from the G1 series which is worth the price I paid for it.
Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen
Is it Summer already Was it 112 degrees on Friday Check. Has my green grass burned to a crispy golden brown Check. Is there a Michael Bay movie rife with explosions, explosions, and more explosions headed to theaters this weekend Check. It must be summer!
It couldn't have gone worse for Activision if he had vomited at the mere mention of it. Quizzed on the Wii version of this very game, T...
Robo-sections are fun; Terrific voice acting; Tries something different from other versions
Vehicular sections are undercooked; Could have been a lot more colourful; Action gets repetitive
This may surprise you, given that Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen is rated T for teen, that this is a video game geared toward a younger audience. Now I'm not saying you should go out and buy a copy for a 6 year old (they're probably busy playing Halo 3 anyway) but for a young man or woman in...
