Dead on arrival

I spent over two hours trying to figure out why my IBM Thinkpad could not recognize this flash drive, including downloading a new BIOS update from IBM's website. Transcend's website is vague about compatibility (which I didn't think SHOULD be an issue, but I'm no techie), and there are NO PHONE...

Computer people still need to learn to talk to non-computer people.

4G in a good looking and well made package; No cap to loose and slider locks in our out easily; Leather lanyard is a nice touch; Not designed as a high speed unit, but with the size files we store, more than fast enough

The encryption and password software is a down load from the Transcend web site; Very easy to down load and install on the drive, but moving your files onto the drive using the software installation guide not fun at all
