I spent over two hours trying to figure out why my IBM Thinkpad could not recognize this flash drive, including downloading a new BIOS update from IBM's website. Transcend's website is vague about compatibility (which I didn't think SHOULD be an issue, but I'm no techie), and there are NO PHONE...
