The way I use this flashdrive in probably an atypical manner. I will use it to transfer movies on the flashdrive from my computer and then plug it in to my Tv and watch them that way. It works great. It recognizes all file types and the transfer speed is very fast. Think 4 minutes for an 3 GB movie.

Bought it for my daughter to store her school made movies. She says it's really fast when she compares it with her calsmates.It looks sleek and indeed have a hole for lanyard (which was not apparent or mentioned anywhere in the item description).

It comes loaded with quite a lot of software, but I did not try those, so can not speak of their quality. For the rest, it is a fast USB storage, ideal for installing operating systems or transferring large files. The plastic feels a bit 'cheap', but who cares for a USB key? Works as advertised.

There is tiny hole for a key chain that is unlikely to work with most key chains.

It is fast; I ran a test to see how fast; I have always considered my 1.5 year old, 8 GB HP USB drive to be reasonably fast; I wrote 2.79 GB worth of MP3 files to it in 5:51, or 7.9 MBps.

The write speed is advertised as 18 MBps; but I only achieved 10.3 MBps

This is the fastest flash drive I have every used, the speed is incredible and has saved me time at work transferring files and backing up data. Great product, I would buy another without a second thought!
