Nice compact size external storage unit. Biggest drawback is that it does not perform as it claims. There have been times when I have not been able to get the product to back up my laptop or save files to the product. One button push also has not worked to backup my laptop.

This was purchased to replace my old 500GB device which was connected to me Network Hub on one of the USB ports. The advantages for this is that it is USB3 and twice the storage of my old device.

Packaging was really poor. Books was bumped I guess. This was sent to me via Bluedart and they kind of took days to deliver. About the HDD- Casing is really good. Its solid and tough. Transfer speed is good. (But that really varies one the size and number of file/s) Cable is really short.

Bought this HDD After the Earlier Buffalo one got crashed, and I Lost 0.9TB of Data..!! But got a New HDD Replaced by Buffalo.. After Loosing all my valuable data I chose to buy this one with shock protection..!! It works really well on a Blue USB 3.0 Port and has no problems with daily shocks..!!

This external storage drive is a handy dimension. The case construction is solid, though weighty. Have been able to use the drive for continuous backup without fail. Now if only it could record telepathically.

The Transcend StoreJet 25H3 4TB retails at RM 648.00 of which I think is an excellent price for an external drive of such caliber, making it even better than the 3TB variant of which I think may be lowered in price by now.
