Armello is a really good blend of strategy, and board gaming. The coolest part about Armello is there are no pieces to lose. The downside is you never ever wind up owning anything since Armello is a downloadable only video game.

Although let down by some technical issues, Armello is one of this year's most addictive multiplayer games. Taking inspiration from Game of Thrones, this is a board game filled with murder, betrayal and power plays. Can you say that about Chutes & Ladders?
For a while I frowned upon those who gleaned joy out of tabletop games. With my own experiences of them limited to tedious games of Monopoly and Cluedo (which is Clue in the States) as a young boy, and with my knowledge of more complex tabletop games solely consisting of Dungeons & Dragons and the...
Excellent character design; Cards are beautifully animated; Very fun when everyone isn't focused upon Prestige
Game sessions go on for far too long; No single-player offering outside of matches with enemy A.I; Tags
Although I don't play many tabletop games in real life, I'm always interested in seeing the concepts translated and given features only possible in a virtual medium. Shiny cards and plastic figures are nice, but animated portraits and tiny soldiers battling over a dice roll make it all the more...
The art direction and production are superb
Losing to enemies' Prestige victories over and over again
Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 5 exists to exploit any nostalgia you might have for the earlier games, offering an insulting dearth of worthwhile content in exchange for your money.
Decent selection of skaters
Awful online implementation; Lifeless levels; Mediocre soundtrack; No local multiplayer
Tony Hawk Shows His Age in Pro Skater 5
How Tony Hawk has fallen from grace. This game looks and feels like a re-skinned Goat Simulator and is possibly the worst game I'v seen since superman 64. Avoid.
Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 5's rare moments of nostalgic joy are drowned out by its abundance of poorly thought out levels, control problems, bugs, and its glaring lack of attitude. It boggles the mind that a $60 game in 2015 can be riddled with so many technical issues.
Octodad
Bland levels; Control problems; Bugs; bugs; bugs; Janky menus
Concept: Revive the series' old school gameplay with new maps, but not a lot of compelling new ideas Graphics: I like the vibrant look, but framerate problems make it less than smooth Sound: The game's 30+ tracks are true to the series' punk and hip-hop roots.
We had been hoping for the best, our fingers crossed until the very last moment. Our nostalgic memories of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1 and 2 are still wonderfully warm and cozy. We recall pulling off advanced tricks, grinding to our favourite songs, cruising great levels looking for new spots to ride.
