It's hard to think of a female video game character more iconic than Lara Croft. Ever since her debut on the PSX, she's been the leading lady of games, even when her titles descended into mediocrity.

From a parenting perspective the question you need to ask is what degree of violence are you comfortable with Otherwise this title isnt an issue but the death scenes alone could be a lot.
It's hard to review Tomb Raider (2013) without providing a little history of why the game came to be, so let's step into the wayback machine before I get into the game itself. When the character Lara Croft first appeared in the original Tomb Raider in 1996, she was possibly the most talked-about...
State of the art graphics and sounds with a solid story
If you're not into adventure games and solving puzzles; it may not tickle your fancy
Hindsight is a terrifying thing… Video games have made us somewhat disillusioned to the prospect of actual danger. Badasses aren't grown, they just sort of happen. An ability to flex bullets out of the body and coat wounds with pixelated flesh in the blink of an eye is sub-standard stuff on any...
Increadibly well directed adventure; Merges gameplay and spectacle brilliantly; Upgrade system works well with the narrative; Deceptively large open world adds a satisfying amount of hours to the campaign
Slightly slim on additional tombs; Multiplayer is nothing to shout about

Interesting storyline; Genuine sense of danger; Open exploration sections
Broken/ill-fitting QTE's; Repetition of chase sequences
So goodbye, old Lara. Your time is up. Hello, new Lara. If you can stop hacking people to death for five minutes, we'll get along fine.
I'm a big Tomb Raider fan. More of the older originals than the newer ones, but this was cheap and had excellent reviews so I decided to give it a go. Well it's all a bit brutal! Gone are the days of idly shooting red dinosaurs or shutter the butler in the fridge, this is SERIOUS BUSINESS.
if you enjoyed the uncharted games, you will enjoy this.a lot more serious in tone ,it grabs you straight away.there is so much to explore and find .i really could not put it down .
Engaging Story Line; Gameplay; Graphics; Great Sound
The gameplay in this reboot is very different from other tomb raider games but is still very fun. The story and gameplay is epic, I found it hard to put down. The muiltplayer can be fun but does have a few problems. Over all a 9/10
In comparison it's surprising to note that Ninja Theory's refresh of Devil May Cry sticks more rigidly to formula than Crystal Dynamics, the studio for whom the relationship with Tomb Raider is, with this title, five games and counting.
