Having used a Garmin for 4 years I have no idea how to get this to stick on the window. The window is tilting so how can you stick it on Makes no sense and the product is therefore unusable. So so disappointing.

In line with some of my more recent reviews on cars that I have driven, I would just like to write a review on something that has helped me whilst driving some of those cars - this being a satellite navigational system known in this instance as the TomTom Start 52.

99.9% reliable

The odd weird journey

So easy to use.. has to be for me as not good with gadgets. Small so easy to fit in your handbag.. comes with mount/bracket.. this sticks good , can have it on dash or windscreen. Bet happy with purchase.

This satnav will not locate to a postcode unless there is also a valid streetname/house number making it useless in country area where often the lanes don't have names , and the houses and farms have no number. This serious design flaw should be obvious at the point of sale for potential purchasers.

Had to send this back. It took much to much time to get ready once switched on. At times it was unresponsive when I needed to get into the settings and it froze on several occasions meaning I had to switch off then on again. I would not have believed it was a Tomtom.

i have had tom toms for years so when my last one stopped working i bought this one worst thing i ever done had to take first one back as it kept freezing got it replaced only for this one to do the same thing its terrible it take ages to find a route freezes all the time Halfords told me to .i...

I purchased this last year and found it was good athough the screen was very hard to see during the daylight hours and had to cup my hands around the screen to cut out the glare. Had to rely on the voice half the time. Decided to return it back to store for a better one

Easy to read

This TomTom seems to be an evolution of previous ones I have owned. I have not used it a lot yet but seems to work OK. Slightly different interface than my previous one but I am sure I will get used to the differences soon enough.
