I love the My Golfer feature! Taking a rookie golfer from nothing to being a scratch golfer to winning big time tournaments has been challenging but in a good way. The new XP system gives you a lot of control over your golfer.

If you like The Tiger Woods series of games, you'll love this one. The introduction of XP is, in my mind, a stroke of genius and makes the game even more enjoyable. I liked the fact that I was in control of my golfer and could improve his abilities to suit my style of play.

All the good features of '10 are there. I particularly like the online matchmaker which matches you with opponents at your skill level. If you like the previous versions you will like this one.

Those who make fun of golf and say that it isn't a sport have never played it. To be honest, it is probably one of the more difficult sports to play simply because it is such a mathematical game that requires smarts, patience and lots of practice.

Overall there are a lot of things to do in Tiger Woods 11 which is great. Not only will it sell because of the Ryder Cup, but it will sell because everyone wants the latest golfing game with the latest roster. Tiger Woods might just even have a smile on his face after playing this.

Well, July seems to start the EA Sports franchises rearing their heads.  The problem with it is that it is hard to judge how far advanced the game has become from last year's version. So with Tiger Woods PGA Tour 11 in our hands we need to look past what we already know.

Like almost all the other EA sports games that we have come to expect year after year like clockwork, Tiger Woods PGA Tour 11 delivers what it promises and does so in a very workmanlike, efficient manner.

It's all too easy for us to moralise with regards to Tiger Woods. His 'situation' has been pored over by seemingly every journalist with even a semblance of interest in a touch of sensationalism. Which means all of them essentially.

PGA Tour 11 can be considered another major step forward for the series, which has struggled recently towards yearly updates becoming insignificant. The addition of the ‘Focus' mechanic is superbly handled, ensuring gamers can finally be held from exploiting the artificiality of the game.
