Tiger Woods PGA Tour 11 has some nice little additions, but nothing that makes it a must buy unless you're a golf fanatic. The Ryder Cup is a great inclusion and the true aim mode with the focus meter is the hook for anyone serious about their virtual golfing.

True-Aim is the way to play

I loved playing this game and was thrilled to see that EA Sports took a simple game of golf and brought a lot to the table to make gamers have fun. There are so many options to choose from when it comes to playing different types of games.

All the drama that Tiger Woods was recently embroiled in off the course hasn't prevented EA continuing its ongoing franchise. This year, he's back to grab his club in the hopes of driving it to the hole yet again. Does Tiger Woods PGA Tour 11 finish under par, or is an early retirement wise?

If anyone cheats in this game, an evil wizard alien made them do it. If you don't agree, then you're a turd in the punch bowl.

Those who make fun of golf and say that it isn't a sport have never played it. To be honest, it is probably one of the more difficult sports to play simply because it is such a mathematical game that requires smarts, patience and lots of practice.

If yearly sports games are like fine wines, then Tiger Woods 2011's vintage is a good one. It may not be a great year like FIFA 10 or Madden 2003, but it does follow a run of very mediocre years for the series and for this reason it's well worth a look.
