The aesthetics of the unit are a little bit different from the norm, but everything is well done. In use, the Toughpower QFan 650W power supply is very impressive; providing excellent voltage regulation and near silent operation.

The Thermaltake Toughpower QFan 650w is the second Thermaltake power supply, and the second from the Toughpower line, we have reviewed. The previous Toughpower unit we reviewed was the Toughpower 1200w and that unit was certainly an impressive one that garnered a Gold Editorآ’s Choice award.
Thermaltake introduces their newest lineup of power supplies, the Toughpower QFan series. If you haven't guessed, the Q in QFan stands for Quiet, as Thermaltake advertises an ultra-low 17dBA noise rating at up to 50% load. There are two models available, the 650w and a 500w version.
