Remastered Too Soon

There's not really enough distance between the PS3 version of The Last of Us and this new Remaster to make it worth double-dipping, unless you're simply that fixated on counting lines of resolution. If you missed out the first time around, though, you really shouldn't let it slip past again.

This game does not leave much to the imagination, it's superb story telling enthralled me, made it very very easy to become revoltingly attached to characters, which in fact just added to my enamoured feelings about this game!

One of best and most acclaimed games of the last few years is now on PlayStation 4. Can you improve on near-perfection? Of course, argues Matt. Is it worth a double-dip? That's a tougher question.

First few minutes of the game proved to me why this game has been universally praised. The presentation, story amd emotional connect with the characters is simply amazing. And the sense of foreboding you get as you play is almost palpable. To put it simply, it looks, sounds and plays amazing.

I played this for PS3 and when I saw it was remastered for PS4, I went and bought the PS4 just to play this game again and on a better platform. Unbelievably good game. It's everything 'Walking Dead' could have been.
