When having the opportunity to first play The Last of Us (review here ) on the PS3, the game offered so many great aspects to it. It had a great story, highly prepossessing graphics, impressive character design and voice acting.

The word ‘remastered' carries quite a bit of weight, especially when the game that's receiving the treatment is already considered to be a masterpiece. However, Naughty Dog strives even closer to perfection, and that is what you'll get in The Last of Us: Remastered .

There's not really enough distance between the PS3 version of The Last of Us and this new Remaster to make it worth double-dipping, unless you're simply that fixated on counting lines of resolution. If you missed out the first time around, though, you really shouldn't let it slip past again.

After being released during 2013, the critically acclaimed The Last of Us has made its way on to the Playstation 4 with The Last of Us: Remastered . Yes I know people have criticised this port being made from PS3 to PS4, especially after its relatively short life within the gaming industry.
