The Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind

Regarded as a true milestone in the genre, the third game in the Elder Scrolls series brought the franchise to home consoles and worked to revolutionise the fantasy RPG genre. 15 years to the day of its release, Zenimax Online Studios has enabled players to venture back to the beloved land of...

"You gonna spend your whole time playing this game"

Perfect for time wasters. Or someone who's got plenty of it. As a part time gamer I never spend more then three hours playing this game. The main idea is to gain power and all the skills of the character that you will choose.

Endless war

Takes all your time

Not as good as Skyrim

A fantastic big game. But not the story as you had in Skyrim. It is fun to play with others in the online-mode, but I am more interested in tactics than fighting.

Styx: Master of Shadows

Styx: Master of Shadows serves as the prequel and second game in the series occupying the same world as that Of Orcs and Men (2012). Unlike the first game though Styx: Master of Shadows pulls out Styx the goblin as the main character and focuses more on stealth than the fantasy action of the...

Light RPG elements let you upgrade Styx skills for your plastyle; Lengthy stealth title that few match in raw length; Interesting setting with plenty of height

Combat is painful if you are discovered

The Elder Scrolls Online: Summerset Review – Don’t Let the Summer Set Without Playing Summerset

I've never really found the time to get "into" an MMO. I've skated around the periphery of World of Warcraft , EVE , and yes, Elder Scrolls Online . MMOs aren't games to be started lightly, though, and I've always felt like an outsider when I try and start an MMO years after launch.

Biggest expansion for ESO ever; Easy to get into for newcomers; Amazing art design

Level scaling may turn off "hardcore" MMO players; Tags

The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited review

PvE questing is often tedious, but the PvP Alliance War portion of the package is totally worth it, and does large-scale conflict in Tamriel justice with some epic gameplay to be experienced - but it's not enough to uplift the rest of the repetition experienced in the main portion of the game.

+ Alliance War and PvP modes; + Group PvE dungeons; + Class builds and skill trees; + Character customisation

- Too many tedious; repetitive quests; - Alliance War buried until Level 10; - Invisible NPC problem persists; - Frame-rate drops in main city hubs

The Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind Review – PS4

The Elder Scrolls Online gets its biggest shot in the arm yet with the extensive Morrowind chapter. It doesn't properly fix the fundamental flaws of the base game, but it does add an interesting, fresh depth for veteran players whilst keeping it somewhat accessible for newcomers.

The Elder Scrolls Online Review

Upon entering the world of The Elder Scrolls:V for the first time, players are given the option of travelling almost anywhere, at any time, to hunt dragons, save villagers or simply wander the planes to discover hidden treasures, locales or dungeons.
