The Platinum spark exists in Mutants in Manhattan, which is why it's tragic the developers couldn't spend the same resources they would on original IP like Bayonetta. As licensed games go, you could do much worse, but this TMNT outing feels like a collection of good ideas in need of a second pass.

I appreciate the fact that Family Friendly Gaming was provided a reviewable copy of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Mutants in Manhattan on the Playstation 4. For some odd reason we were provided a digital download code instead of the traditional physical copy.

That doesn't make Mutants in Manhattan a classic, far from it, but if you ever lusted over that old Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles arcade machine as a kid... well. You might find a few kindred shells, and some special moments, in Platinum's most quixotic, self-defeating and occasionally wonderful...

It is the best it's worth it I'm a big ninja turtle fan so I like it go watch H20 Delirious.
