Tamron SP AF 60mm f2 Di II LD (IF) 1:1 Macro
In some ways, a fast maximum aperture isn't particularly important with a macro lens. At very close focussing distances, depth of field is very shallow anyway, and it's more likely you'll want to stop down to make the most of it.

Liking this lens so far
Really enjoying the large aperture and sharpness. Lens is light but does feel solidly built. Bought it as a combo macro/portrait lens for use on my APS-C slr, and it seems to fit the bill well. I think if I was more oriented to Macro I'd probably go longer, maybe 100mm+.Product details
