Even Asbel Being a Snot Cannot Ruin Tales of Graces f

The Tales series has been around for over fifteen years and has spawned over twenty-five games, although not all of these have come westward.  The latest, , is the twelfth in the series from Namco Bandai.

Are the Bonds of Friendship Stronger than the Threads of Fate

Tales of Graces f is an interesting entry in the series, starting off on the Wii and then being given an HD port to the PS3 with an added post game storyline. The main theme of the game is friendship, but it clashes with the violence of war that is present throughout.

Well Written Skits; Long Story; Great Combat

Theme of Friendship is Overdone; Over the Top Violence is out of Place

Everyone Thinks We Should Escape Through The Butt, Cheria.

It is heads and shoulders above all of the other JRPGs to release this year and may be one of the best on the PS3. There are things that could have been better but otherwise it's solid. Plus it gives you incentive to play through the whole game again.

Tales of Graces f (PS3) - Review

It's been more than 2 years since the Japanese Wii release, but Tales of Graces has finally made it to the West in the form of Tales of Graces f for the PS3. It's odd that a late port with added content - and on another platform, no less - is the only version of the game to make it here, and some...

This series has always played second fiddle (or third, depending on your point of view) in the U.S. to Final Fantasy in popularity, but Graces f should serve notice to all fans that the Tales series is prepared and able to take first string.

Enjoyable story; great characters; great battle system

Some of the music feels generic

A Tale Worth Telling, And Playing

Recently I reviewed a game in the Tales Of series. I got to play Tales of the Abyss on the 3DS, and to be honest, before that I never heard of the series. Tales of the Abyss was above average, so that was my baseline until I talked to my good friend Vincent.

Review: Tales of Graces f (PS3)

After years of begging, pleading, and overrunning the Facebook page of Namco Bandai, the "White Wishes" of Tales fans have finally come true.   But what about the rest of us?  Does Tales of Graces f deliver the goods to entertain JRPG fence-sitters, or even those that have given up on the genre...

Long overdue entry in the Tales series; localization is well done; battle system is incredibly interesting; fun; and engaging

Rather generic story
