Switch is defective and no longer working after 3 months. Outside return time frame on Amazon. I called TP-Link and struggled with reps with poor english. They approved replacement, but they want the defective switch shipped to them and will not cover return shipping cost. I am very disappointed.

There is no mystery. This switch works out of the box, has no settings to go wrong and is priced very reasonably.
