Using this switch between Freenas server, virtual machine server, and workstations. Can Confirm: supports linux port bonding, jumbo frames - getting well more than 1 Gbps out of my nas with multiple nics, round robin link aggregation. Will buy managed TP-Link switch in future.
Supports jumbo frames; port bonding; solid construction; good paint

Bought this switch for a simple use as a Gigabit switch for devices on the home or small office network. Works as expected. A bit bulky but OK.

The TL-SG1024D is a smart and well-made gigabit switch that performs well and is available at an attractive price.
Looking for the right switch for my company was easy to do with the way Staples has their website set up. I was also able to call a few stores about inventory, because I wanted the switch that day. Unfortunately, they didn't have any in stock, so I ordered it through the website.
I have a home with kids, a wife and a bunch of devices that need to connect. Was using 2 eight port switches and a couple 4 port. It worked but was mess. Putting it all thru a single switch works great. Should have done it along time ago.
I've put about a dozen of these in the field and not had problem with them.
Very happy with the product. No configuring. Just hooked it up and had instant success.
Nice switch. It's priced right. Uses green technology, it's also a gigabite switch. It's plug & play. There are no bad aspects with this purchase.
Used it to replace an old 100 Mb switch when I got a new, faster router? Just plugged it in and connected cables.
Increased speed
