So far this switch is performing well and provides a lot of features for the price. With a simple to use web gui and a command line similar to Cisco's IOS, it's a breeze to get configured and running in a short time.

When you hook it up, keep in mind for dvi you will need Dual link DVI, for Apple fans, look closely at the other settings portion of the settings in the monitor not on your box. Display Port 1.2 {Enable} and DDC/CI {Disable}, only do this for Thunderbolt connections from a newer Mac.

Works well out of the box. To access the GUI, some IP changes may be needed, but this is clearly indicated in the manual. Very stable and capable.

At this price, you might as well have a managed switch vs a dumb one. Helped me track down a rogue device providing DHCP services. Printed instructions were good, and the web interface worked fine on a new Mac laptop.

Crashed, resulting in DHCP clients not longer being accessible. I could still access clients which I had setup with static IP. This was on a small home network, with no high load or special requirements.
