The ultimate travel binocular needs to be tough enough to handle most of what you can throw at them, be small enough to easily carry with you on your adventures and yet still be able to perform well even when light conditions are not optimal enabling you to enjoy the best views possible.

A Birder's Dream

I upgraded to new binoculars for birding, and I am delighted. The wide field of view makes it easy to get on the bird, and the precision of the lenses makes it easy to find birds by shape and color even when hidden among leaves in a tree.

Lightweight; Quality Lenses; Waterproof; Works Well With Glasses

The best outdoor investment you can make

I have a pair of 10 X 42 given to me as a retirement gift from my company. They could have not done better for me. These are the best optics I have ever owned and don't know how I got by the past 50 years with out them. They offer extremely clear, focused and perfect objective.

best bins are the ones you have with you!

Good compromise between size & performance. Small enough to take on hols, cruises etc. Very little difference noted in performance to eg 8.5x42 model except in v low light.
