Awesome service!

I ordered a Sony A7R3 after using Priceme to find the lowest price. Supero easily came in the cheapest. I ordered a lens at the same time from Expert Infotech. Within 5 days I had my new camera and had only just received a shipping confirmation from Expert Infotech. It's taken longer for my lens to arrive locally than it did for Supero to send it from Hong Kong. Supero will be my first port of call for all my electronic purchases from now on.

shipping wont even come, plus they dont reply in my emails, bad service

I just recently purchased a Samsung S6 Edge on this site but it's already five days and I haven't received an email that it has been shipped. I received a call today telling me to update me on the status of my order since the product will come from Hong Kong maybe I should have ordered it from ebay at least it would have been shipped already within 2 working days. I am so worried now about it.

Dont trust these guys!! I don't think they are a real company and I can't believe the reviews on here! I ordered a new samsung s5 here and after 9 days of purchase date I received a phone that came in un unsealed box, stains and rips all over it and the phone and accessories had scratches. Moreover, it wasn't a genuine samsung s5 phone. I didn't receive any receipt nor warranty details, both service and communication was not professional and subpar. Was given an explanation about slow shipping (they had to order the phone from overseas) but no explanation to the second hand-definitely NOT NEW nor genuine samsung product. Really disgusted.

called them up as i wanted to speak to someone in NZ, had a chat with Johnny determined that they are based in west auckland. proceeded with a purchase of s6 g920f on thrusday night. received tracking information on friday night and low and behold i have the phone in my hands within 4 days(wouldve been faster if there wasnt a long weekend). will update again once i use the phone for a few weeks. cheers guys will shop from you again soon and recommend ya

Excellent - ordered on a Saturday, received the phone on the Wednesday. Supero kept me up to date every step of the way. Price was much lower than any other website and the item was really well packaged. I've recommended Supero to several people for new phones and it will be the first site I check when it comes to my next upgrade.

Supero seem to have appeard out of nowhere, their links didnt work on here so I googled them and sent an email. They responded super quick so I decided to go ahead with a purchase of S6 Edge 32GB. Process was smooth and paid via PayPal. I placed the order on Tuesday afternoon, I got a tracking number on Wednesday night and had the phone in my hand on Friday night. These guys are super quick and so easy to deal with. Highly recommend them as they are certainly faster and easier to deal with than the rest and they are Kiwi which is always a bonus!
