Awesome service! Their staff were knowledgeable and very responsive over email and my phone arrived in no time even with an adapter for NZ plugs (as it was parallel imported from Hong Kong). The prices are amazing too, there is no way I'm ever buying a phone from NZ again! I saved hundreds of dollars on Samsung's flagship s7. So happy I didn't waste my money buying in a store.

Cheapest place to buy an oneplus3, besides it was sent from Hong Kong, it arrived here in less than a week, awesome!

Everything was excellent, except the delivery. Had to pick up from depot due to finding it hard to find delivery place, despite having many couriers coming through daily.

After ordering a camera on Friday night, it arrived in New Zealand on Tuesday (from Hong Kong!) Very impressive, especially in the lead up to Christmas. Also a couple of product queries were answered promptly and accurately. Thanks very much :)

Wow. Amazing. Unbelievable great. Ordered Thursday, money went through Friday, delivered Monday morning. Excellent communication: fast and efficient. Good reviews and awards fully justified. If you want to pay with credit card you need a PayPal account which I think is nowadays not very widely spread on NZ. I cannot blame Super for this though because it increases the security on both sides. Bank transfer is very easy to do. Great product arrived in perfect condition. Thanks

Quick and fast response to my emails. Ordered on Monday afternoon and needed the phone by Friday as going overseas. I emailed to let them know, and they promised that I would get it in time (I used the 2-4 Day delivery option). Phone arrived in New Zealand on Thursday morning and delivered on Friday morning. Excellent service, speed, and product!

Happy with purchase & this my 2nd purchase with the store. There has been many confusing comments/debate in forum regarding the company. I am can say for myself that I brought Nikon d750 + two lenses which is quite expensive & this time phone over all a expensive over a period of time. So all i have 2 say is that I didn't have any issues with the purchases in terms of quality of the products. I did my home work before I made my 1st purchase in JAN hence i was more confident of the purchase this time... I would recommand the store any one.... but do ur home work with ?? u have bfr deciding on anything...
